What should I include in a flooring quote request?
Include the rooms and approximate square footage, the current floor, the flooring you are considering, your ZIP code and timeline, and whether the home is in a condo or HOA. Photos of the floor, doorways, stairs and any damaged areas help the first reply be specific.
Can I text photos instead of scheduling a visit first?
Yes. Text or WhatsApp photos to (407) 627-9533 for a preliminary range and product suggestions. A firm price still needs an in-home measure, because moisture readings, slab flatness and transitions cannot be confirmed from pictures.
Is the in-home estimate free?
Yes. The visit, the measurements and the written, line-itemized quote are free and carry no obligation.
How long does the estimate visit take?
Usually under an hour for a few rooms. Whole-home projects, moisture testing on a slab or a staircase with landings and open sides take longer, because every room, transition and tread is measured.
What are Napas Flooring’s hours?
